Hannah Jo van der Westhuysen is an English actress, was born on 26th August 1995 in Hammersmith, West London. She was born to an English mother and a South African father. She grew up in South West London. She has dual citizenship. She did a one-year foundation course at the LAMDA before pursuing her bachelors degree (B.A) in Arts from Drama Centre London in 2018. She started off her career as a child star and appeared on the CTV series named ‘The Fugitives’. Recently, she made an appearance in the Netflix series named ‘Fate: The Winx Saga’ in which she portrayed the role of Stella.

Career

In 2004, Hannah Jo Van Der Westhuysen started off her career through a small screen. She made her debut with a television series titled ‘Keen Eddie’ in which she played the role of Edwina Weatherhead in the episode ‘ “Inciting Incident”. In the same year, she acted in the miniseries titled ‘Frankenstein’ in which she appeared as Eva.

In 2005, Hannah gave a wonderful performance in ‘The Fugitives’ in which she appeared as Fleecey Keaton in the main role. The young, talented actress won millions of hearts within no time and got immense popularity. She then didn’t look back and continued acting as a career. She also worked in films, such as; The Bay of Silence’ starring Claes Bang, Alice Krige, Assaad Bouab, Brian Cox, and many others. It was released in 2020.

In 2021, she then made an appearance in A Little Italian Vacation’ in which she acted as Claire. In the same year, she made an appearance on the TV series named ‘Fate: The Winx Saga’ and became popular for playing the role as Stella in the series.
